摘要
以梨为试材 ,从操作程序、存活率、再生方式及恢复生长速度等方面对 3种超低温保存方法进行了比较研究。结果表明 ,采用简单玻璃化法超低温保存梨离体茎尖的效果最佳。
In this paper,protocol,survive rate,regenerate speed and regrowth ways of three techniques(simplevitrification,encapsulation,encapsulation- vitrification) for freezing pear in vitro shoot tips were compared.According to the study,we concluded that the simple vitrification method was the best method for freezing pear in vitro shoot tips.
