摘要
综述了国内外果树种质资源超低温保存技术的研究现状,着重阐述了影响超低温保存效果的各种因素及调控措施,介绍了材料经超低温保存后遗传稳定性检测方法,为今后果树种质超低温保存技术的发展提出了一些建议。
This paper summarized the latest achievements on the researches in cryopreservation of fruit germplasm, mainly introduced some factors influencing tile results of cryopreservation and controlling measures, detecting techniques to genetic stability after cryopreservation were described, some measures for improving fruit germplasm cryopreservation in future were recommended.
