摘要
大学生就业难已引起社会各界的广泛关注和国家的高度重视。当前大学生就业形势严峻,造成大学生就业困难既有主观原因,也有客观原因。大学生应转变就业观念,提升自身能力与素质,主动适应复杂的就业形势,以实现成功就业。
The difficulties in college graduates employment have been paid great attention to by our country and society.The present employment situation of the graduates is severe,which is made by both subjective and objective causes.The graduates should change their employment ideas and adapt the complex employment situation actively in order to be successfully employed.
