摘要
目的:观察川芎嗪预处理对大鼠视网膜缺血再灌注损伤后视网膜电流图的影响。方法:采用前房灌注法建立大鼠视网膜缺血再灌注损伤模型,设置正常组、缺血再灌注组、5min缺血预适应组、川芎嗪预处理组,分别于缺血前,缺血30min时,再灌注1h,12h,24h,72h,168h检测双眼各时期FERGb波及OPs(O2)波波幅,分别计算b波及O2波波幅恢复率(波幅恢复率=实验眼波幅/对照眼波幅×100%)。结果:视网膜缺血时各组大鼠均未检测到明显波形,再灌注后FERGb波及O2波波幅明显降低,川芎嗪预处理能明显促进波幅的恢复,与缺血再灌注组相比具有明显的统计学差异。结论:川芎嗪预处理能促进大鼠缺血再灌注损伤视网膜功能的恢复。
Objective:To observe the effect of ligustrazine pretreatment on ERG of rats after retinal ischemic-reperfusion injury.Methods: Experimental retinal ischemic-reperfusion injury was induced by increasing the intraocular pressure through infusion of the right anterior chamber.Full-filled ERGs were recorded simultaneously from treated and control eyes before and 30 min following ischemia,lh,12h,24h,72h and 168h following reperfusion.Meanwhile,the recovery rate of b and O2 waves were calculated(Recovery rate =treated/control×100%).Results: No evident waves were detected during retina ischemia and waves of b and O2 were significantly decreased after reperfusion compared with the normal group.Ligustrazine pretreatment can obviously promote the recovery of both waves(P 0.05).Conclusions:Ligustrazine pretreatment can obviously promote the recovery of retinal function following ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats.
