目的:观察兔眼视网膜不同缺血时间再灌注后ERG的变化。方法:20只大白兔,双眼均行ERG测定后随机分成A组10只,均左眼视神经结扎30min,右眼暴露视神经后不结扎。B组10只,均左眼视神经结扎60min,右眼视神经结扎90min。分别测定再灌注0,3,24,48,168h ERG a、b波振幅(aA、bA)值。结果:未结扎组视网膜缺血—再灌注0,3,24,48,168h ERG aA、bA值未见显著性差异。结扎后兔ERG aA、bA值均明显下降,结扎30min与90min组ERG aA、bA值随着再灌注时间的延长逐渐上升,再灌注168h,结扎30min组的ERG aA、bA值恢复正常。结扎60min组,ERG aA、bA值在再灌注24h进一步下降,后又逐渐上升。结论:缺血60min,再灌注24h时视网膜功能受到进一步损伤,缺血30min和90min,再灌注期间未观察到视网膜功能进一步损伤的现象。
AIM: To observe the ERG changes during reperfusion after different retinal ischemia times in rabbits. METHODS: Twenty healthy rabbits were randomly divided into two groups (A, B) after electroretinography of both eyes. The retinal ischemia in the left eyes of the 10 rabbits in Group A was induced by temporary ligation of the optic nerve for 30min, and a sham procedure was performed on the right eyes. The retinal ischemia in the left and the right eyes of the 10 rabbits in Group B was induced by temporary ligation of the optic nerve for 60 and 90 min respectively. The amplitudes of a, b-wave of (aA, bA) ERG were recorded at 0, 3, 24, 48, 168h of reperfusion. RESULTS: No significant difference was found in aA, bA of ERG at 0, 3, 24, 48, 168h of reperfusion in rabbits served as non-ischemic controls. Both aA and bA decreased significantly after the ligation. The aA and bA gradually increased following the time of reperfusion in 30-min ischemia and 90-min ischemia group. The aA and bA of ERG in the 30-min ischemia group were recovered to be normal at 168h of reperfusion. The aA and bA of ERG in the 60-min ischemia group further decreased at 24h of reperfusion, and then gradually increased in the following period. CONCLUSIONS: The retinal function aggravation was found at 24h of reperfusion after 60-min ischemia. No reperfusion injury was found in 30-min or 90-min ischemia group.
