紫色甘薯红色素染制彩色纸

Paper Dying by the Red Pigment from Purple Sweet Potato

摘要 微波法从紫色甘薯干粉中提取红色素,浸染法染制彩色纸,正交试验优化实验条件。结果表明:在常温(20~25℃)下,以0.1mol.L-1HCl-95乙醇(体积比1:99)为提取剂,料液比1:40、时间40s、微波功率600W、提取2次,提取的红色素为深紫色,色价为146.8,产率为543.8mg.(100g)-1。染色液的适宜浓度为0.6,适宜的pH2,染色时间10min,添加1.0AlCl3具有助染作用。染色后纸呈红色,颜色鲜艳,不易褪色,对光、热、湿有较好的稳定性,具有抑菌作用。说明紫色甘薯红色素适合染制色纸,具有进一步研究开发的价值。 Red pigment was extracted by method of microwave, coloured paper was dyed by method of impregnation and the experimental conditions were optimized by orthogonal test. The microwave extraction results showed that at the room temperature (20~25%;), in the conditions that 0.1mol·L^-1 HC1-95% ethanol (1:99 / V:V), 1:40 (g:mL), 40s , power 600W and two times, the red pigment from purple sweet potato was murrey, color scale was 146.8 and field was 543.8 mg'(100g)^-1. The dying results showed that the suitable concentration of staining fluid was 0.6%, pH 2, time was 10 rain, and A1Cls promoting to dye effect. The color sheets were bright, not fade and were stable when they were exposed to the light, 60%; temperature and water lower than 30%. Therefore, it is practicable that red pigment from purple sweet potato dyed coloured paper, and further research and development are necessary.
