摘要
采用滤纸片法测定了灰白毛莓的不同器官提取液对六种供试菌种的抑菌圈大小,采用二倍稀释法测定了灰白毛莓的不同器官对6种供试菌种的最低抑菌浓度(MIC).结果表明,灰白毛莓根、茎、叶提取液对金黄色葡萄球菌、鸡沙门氏菌、铜绿假单胞菌均有抑制作用,根提取液对产气肠杆菌和大肠埃希氏菌均无抑制作用,叶提取液对普通变形杆菌无抑制作用.茎提取液的抑菌范围最广,根提取液的抑菌范围最窄.
The experiment uses extract from the different organs of Rubus tephrodes Hance to test the inhibition zone diameters for the six samples with filter paper. As well another experiment testifies the different organs' minimum inhibitory concentration of R. tephrodes Hance for the six samples by the dilution method. They could make us draw a conclusion that the extract from the root, stem and leaf of R. tephrodes Hance has an inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella gallinarum and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The root extract has no effect both on Enterobacter aerogenes and Escherichia coli. The leaf extract has no effect on Proteus vulgaris. The stem extract could widely produce bacteriostasis, but root extract is less in the bacteriostastic scope.
