摘要
用鱼腥草 (Houttuyniacordata)提取物对几种常见微生物进行抑菌试验 ,结果表明 :鱼腥草提取物对多种微生物的繁殖生长有明显的抑制作用 ,对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌、青霉菌、黑曲霉菌及酵母菌的最低抑菌浓度分别为 0 .2 5 %、1%、2 %、8%、8%、8% ,且耐高温短时的热处理 .
The antimicrobial experiment of the extracts of Houttuynia cordata was studied.It was found that the extracts of Houttuynia cordata could effectivety inhibit the growth of series of microorganism.The anticrobial minimum dosages of extracts of Houttuynia cordata were: Staphylococcus aureus 0.25%, Escherichia coli 1%, Bacillus subitilis 2%, Penicillium sp 8%, Aspergillus niger 8%, Saccaromyces cerevisiae 8% respectively.The extracts were characterized by their heat stable ability.
