摘要
比较了GB 50316—2000(2008年版)、GB/T 20801和ASME B31.3—2008中关于压力管道支管补强计算的相关规定,论述了等面积补强法的理论依据,说明GB/T 20801和ASME B31.3中认为等面积补强法是支管连接的最低要求,对其适用条件的规定是必要的。基于"当主管直径/厚度比Dh/Th≥100时,要求支管直径Db小于主管直径Dh的一半"的限制条件被GB 50316忽略,同时又经常被压力管道设计人员忽视的现状,针对容易遇到相关问题的设计场合,提出了依据GB/T 20801和ASME B31.3的解决方案。
In this article, GB5031--2000, GB/T 20801 and ASME B31.3--2008 were compared for the stipulation of branch reinforcement. The theoretical basis of equal - area reinforcement rule was stated. It was indicated that equal-area rule is the minimum requirement for branch connection and the stipulation in applicable scope is necessary. In view of the fact that in GB 50316, the limit condition that when the ratio of diameter to thickness of run pipe is equal to or great than 100, the diameter of branch shall be not great than one half of that of run pipe is omitted, this limit is often neglected by designer. With respect to this situation, the solution which is based on GB/T 20801 and ASME B31.3--2008 was presented.
