摘要
选取三个样本,采用等面积补强法、压力面积法和设计验证试验法等设计规范和产品标准中规定的计算和试验的方法对支管座进行强度校核,结果表明虽然某一计算方法不能使支管座通过强度校核,但其余的方法却可使支管座通过强度校核。据此提出了不论采用哪种公认的方法,只要通过了其中之一的强度校核,即可认为该支管座满足强度要求的结论。
With three examples, by using the reinforcement methods of area replacement, pressure area and proof test, the structure of welded outlet header was checked and analyzed for strength. It was shown that although the strength of this structure is unqualified resulted in one method, the results in other methods show its strength is qualified. Thus it can be concluded that the structure is strength qualified if successfully checked by only one method.
