摘要
将4℃下贮藏6个月、12个月和正常贮藏的白魔芋同时种植,观察生长特性并测定生长期各阶段的吲哚乙酸(IAA)、玉米素(ZR)浓度.结果表明:4℃下贮藏的白魔芋各阶段IAA/ZR之比均高于对照组,ZR水平低于对照组,利于多叶发生;其具有出苗早、植株生长粗壮、生育期延长、多叶发生率高、产量高等特点.因此,适当的低温贮藏可以延长魔芋的生长期,诱导产生多叶,增大光合作用面积.
Corms of Amorphophallus albus,which had been stored at low temperature(4 ℃) for 6 or 12 months,were planted in an experiment,with the normally stored corms as the control.The growth of the plants was observed and IAA and ZR contents were determined at various stages of the growing season.The results indicated that the plants grown from the corms stored at 4 ℃ had higher IAA/ZR ratio and lower ZR content than the control group,which were favorable for the generation of multi-leaves.In addition,they were characterized by earlier seedling emergence,vigorous plant growth,prolonged growth duration,high generation rate of multi-leaves and high yield.It is,therefore,concluded that proper low-temperature storage can prolong the growing period of A.albus and increase the area of photosynthesis by inducing multi-leaves,which will play an important role in improving its output.
