摘要
通过不同温度、GA3、光照、pH处理,采用发芽率,发芽势和发芽指数等指标,研究了不同处理对落新妇种子发芽的影响.结果表明,在25℃、199Lx发芽条件下,5℃、6w处理的落新妇种子发芽率、发芽势最高,5℃、2w处理的发芽指数、始发芽粒数最高,发芽天数最短;5℃、4w、0mg/LGA3处理的种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和始发芽粒数最高;5℃、4w、40%遮光率的种子发芽率和发芽势最高;5℃、4w、pH7.8水溶液浸种的发芽势最高.
The effects of chilling, GA3, light and pH on seed germination of Astilbis chinensis were studied and evaluated by germination percentage, germinating energy and germinating index. Seed germination percentage and germinating energy of 5 ℃ 6 w was the highest, germination index and germinating seed number of the first day of 5 ℃ 2 w was the highest and its germinating day was the shortest in the temperature treatments. The germination percentage, germinating energy, germination index and germinating seed number of the first day of 5 ℃ 4 w and 0 mg/L GA3 was the highest in the GA3 treatments. The germination percentage, germinating energy of 5 ℃ 4 w and 40 % sunshade percentage was the highest in light treatments; the germinating energy of 5 ℃ 4 w and pH7.8 was the highest in pH treatments in 25 ℃ and 199Lx.
