摘要
教学是高校教师的重要工作之一,但是在高校评价体系中教学工作往往被轻视。本文以高校职称评审中有关教学工作的评价制度为视角,以上海市八所综合性高校为调研范围,实证分析高校教师教学工作现状和职称评审中教学工作的评价制度。研究显示,高校教师在教学上有很多投入,而评价制度难以切实显现教学工作的重要性;有关教学工作的评价在职称评审制度的实然评价与教师个体的应然评价中存在显著差异。
Teaching, one of the most important duties of university faculty, has always been undervalued in the university evaluation system. From the perspective of teaching evaluation in university's professional title appraisal system, the paper makes an empirical study on the status quo of teaching input by university faculty and teaching evaluation in professional title appraisal system, based on survey data collected in eight comprehensive universities in Shanghai. It is found that university faculty generally spends considerable time teaching while the current evaluation system does not appreciate its importance. What's more, there is a remarkable difference between "should-be" and "be" in terms of teaching appraisal.
