摘要
为降低入射角对激光位移传感器测量精度的影响, 提出一种新型的误差补偿方法:先采用 B P 神经网络实现测量误差与法矢章动角和进动角的映射关系, 再借助于该映射进行误差补偿。实验结果表明所提出的误差补偿方法可有效地提高激光位移传感器的测量精度。在此基础上, 进一步提出了自由曲面测量误差的补偿方法。
In order to compensate the measuring errors due to the incident angle, this paper develops an error compensation method based on neural network. At first, BP neural network is employed to describe the mapping relationship between the measuring error and the precessing angle and nutation angle of normal. Then the mapping relationship is used to compensate measuring error in case that normal orientation is known. The experiment shows that accuracy of laser displacement sensor(LDS) can be improved remarkably by the developed error compensation method. On the basis of above research, the measuring error compensation method for free-form surface is proposed.
