摘要
本文从一般的视觉概念和方法出发,探讨一种应用于坐标尺寸测量的视觉检测方法。文中介绍了常用的传感器及其结构参数的标定方法。经现场对轿车白车身的测试,重复性误差S=0.05mm;与三坐标测量机比对,示值误差小于0.15mm。
Preceeding form the concept of the general vision and method, the method of vision check has been probed into using the 3-D measurment. The general sensors and the calibration method of their construction parameters are presented in the paper. Through testing ground measuring body-in-white of car the experimental standard deviation and the error of indication are confirmed to be within 0. 05mm and 0. 15mm respectively.
