摘要
减速器常规设计常忽视设计的优化问题,使得机构自重大、成本高,根据优化变量的特点,针对一种新型锥齿少齿差行星减速器,建立优化设计数学模型,考虑齿轮强度、内锥齿形干涉、章动角等约束条件,以惯性力矩最小、体积最小为目标函数,采用遗传算法求解,得到不同输入功率、转速及传动比下合理的设计参数。
The conventional design of the reducer usually neglects the optimization, which made the reducer itself heavy and costly. Based on the characteristic of the optimization variables, the mathematical model of a new type planetary reducer in a few-tooth difference was established. The optimization design of planetary reducer put constraints into consideration, such as gears strength, interference of internal bevel gear and nutation angle etc. According to the needs of the optimization design, minimum inertia moment and minimum volume as objective function, Genetic algorithm (GA)was applied to the solution which was of reasonable design parameters obtained in different input power, rotation speed and transmission ratio.
