摘要
高师院校如何培养适应普通高中新课改的师资,是高师院校应该承担的社会责任。以高师生语文课程资源开发能力培养为例,分析高师生语文课程资源开发能力的知识结构、能力素质,提出适应普通高中新课改的师资培养策略,即增强高中新课改的教学理念,强化高师生的条件性知识;加强教学技能训练,完善高师生的本体性知识;注重实践性知识,锻炼高师生的实践能力。
Training competent teachers to meet the requirement of the new round of curriculum reform in ordinary high school is a social responsibility of normal colleges.Take for instance the cultivation of ability in the exploration of resources for the course of Chinese.An analysis of the knowledge structure,competencies for the exploration of resources for the course of Chinese and corresponding strategies are put forward for the purpose,i.e.strengthening the concept of the new round of curriculum reform,strengthening the conditional knowledge of normal college students,strengthening the training of teaching skills,perfecting the subject-involved knowledge,attaching importance to practical knowledge and training the practice ability of students at normal colleges.
