摘要
法律翻译是法律文化交融的一座桥梁，法律术语的翻译又是法律翻译中的一大障碍，直接影响着法律文本的翻译质量。根据英汉法律术语具有专业性等四大特征的要求，法律术语的翻译应当遵循精练、同一、规范、对等、公正的原则。
Legal translation serves as a bridge of legal cultural exchange. And the translation of legal terms is a big obstacle in legal translation, which directly influences the translation quality of legal documents. On the basis of analyzing the four characteristics of Chinese and English legal terms, the paper puts forward that the translation of legal terms should follow the principles of conciseness, identity, standardization, equivalence and impartiality.
