摘要
发热是艾滋病患者最常见的症状,其病因病机复杂,表、里、虚、实、寒、热相互错杂,全身症状多样化,反复迁延,是增加死亡和医疗费用的潜在因素。中医近年通过临床实践,总结其病机主要是本虚标实、正邪相争,主要证候有外感发热、湿热内蕴、热毒炽盛、气虚发热、阴虚发热。治疗以辨证用药为主,护理对缓解症状亦起到积极作用。综述了近年来艾滋病发热中医临床研究概况,为进一步完善艾滋病发热中医诊治体系奠定基础。
Fever is the mostly common symptom in HIV/AIDS and is often accompanied by significant morbidity and prolonged hospitalization.Through the clinical practice in recent years,Chinese Medicine has summarized some clinical experience and gotten a relativity results.In this paper,literature review is made on the fields of pathogenesis,treatment and nursing for HIV/AIDS related fever.
