摘要
通过食品冷藏链的概念以及食品冷藏链在保障食品的"质""量"安全方面所起的作用,从食品安全就是国家安全的战略高度强调了建设好食品冷藏链的重要性,并就国家规范和管理、建设好食品冷藏链必须加快立法、制定国家长远发展规划以及完善行业标准、有效的运行体制提出了见解。
In this paper, by comprehending the concept of cold chain for foodstuffs and the importance in protecting quality and quantity of foodstuffs, the author emphasizes that the foods security is just equal to national security. The own views are put forward that our country should establish good food cold chain by the national norms and management, and setting up the legislation, the national long-term planning and improving industry standards, an effective operation system etc.
