摘要
介绍了食品冷藏链的基本概念和基本特点,分析了冷藏链的相关技术和我国食品冷藏链的现状,并在国外冷藏链比较的基础上,提出了发展我国食品冷藏链的对策和措施。
The concept and characteristics of cold chain are introduced. Its key technology and the situation of cold chain for foodstuff in China are analyzed, On the Basis of comparing cold chain in China with that in developed countries, the paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures for developing cold chain for foodstudd in China .
