印象管理是一种人们试图控制他人对自己形成某种印象的过程。印象管理是协调人际关系,进行组织管理的重要手段。高校图书馆员的印象管理有着历史原因和现实需要,高校图书馆员印象构建必须与数字化图书馆的发展、队伍建设和服务工作创新结合起来。
Impression management is a kind of process that people seek to control others to form certain impression of oneself.Impression management is an important measure to coordinate interpersonal relationship and manage organizations.It has historical reasons and practical needs for impression management of librarians in colleges and universities,whose impression construction should band together with the development of digital libraries,the construction of librarians＇ team and the innovation of service.
