摘要
欠发达地区医学院校招人难、留人难,尤其是招聘医学领域专业技术人才和高层次人才,面临的困难更大。在这种情况下,开展好公开招聘工作对欠发达地区医学院校人才招聘和引进显得尤为重要。应当从学校自身实际出发,建立科学有效的工作机制,提高招聘工作成效。要拓宽招聘信息宣传渠道,合理设置招聘条件,优化招聘流程,合理设置考试内容,增加透明度,提高服务水平,为求职者创造公正、和谐、温馨的应考氛围,实现招才引智预期目标。
Talent recruitment of the medical colleges in less-developed regions is difficult.It is more difficult to recruit professional and technical personnel and high-level personnel in the field of medicine.So it is particularly important for those medical colleges to carry out open recruitment.We should set up a scientific and effective working mechanism based on the reality of the college itself to improve the effectiveness of recruitment.We should broaden the publicity platform,put forward reasonable recruitment requirements,optimize the recruitment process,delimit the exam content reasonably,improve transparency,improve service level,and create an impartial,harmonious,warm and fragrant environment for job seekers.Then we will achieve our recruitment goals.
