摘要
目的:分析宝安区西乡街道桃源社区居家老人的护理需求,探讨社区老年人居家护理的适宜项目。方法:通过文献研究及专家护工的咨询编制老年居家护理需求评估表,随机抽取社区内60岁以上老年人256人,进行健康状况及居家护理需求入户调查。结果:60.2%的居家老人有居家护理服务需求,居家老人护理需求的影响因素主要包括:年龄、文化程度及自理能力。结论:可以通过明确社区老年人居家护理的项目和护理需求的影响因素,为社区老年人护理模式的开展提供参考。
Objective： To investigate care needs of in-home elderly in Taoyuan community in Xixiang street of Shenzhen city,and discuss the nursing experience of care experts and care works which are appropriate to in-home care program.Methods： The needs assessment table of in-home care was formulated though literature study and consulting care experts,256 cases of over 60 years were selected randomly to investigate the health status and the needs of in-home care.Results： 60.2% of elderly had the needs of in-home care services,the influencing factors included age,education level and self-care ability.Conclusion： To carry out a reference on the care model for the community of the elderly by making definite the project of elderly in home care and the factors of care needs.
