摘要
目的探讨银川市社区老年人家庭访视护理现状及存在问题,提出有效的社区老年人家庭访视护理策略。方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法对银川市3个社区768名老年人进行问卷调查;内容包括社区老年人家庭状况、社区老年人家庭访视护理需求及现状;使用SPSS17.0统计软件进行分析。结果银川市社区老年人对家庭访视护理需求较高,尤其是血压监测、健康咨询、血糖监测等,但目前家庭访视护理服务开展不能满足社区老年人的健康需求;且社区老年人家庭类型、家庭生活周期、家庭权力结构等家庭状况对家庭访视护理需求影响有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论根据社区老年人不同家庭状况,有针对性地开展社区老年人家庭访视护理服务,从而满足社区老年人家庭访视护理服务需求非常有必要。
Objective To investigate home-visit nursing demands and current status on the elderly people in communities of Yin- chuan,and put forward effective strategies of community-based elderly home-visit nursing.Methods 768 elderly people were surveyed from three communities in Yinchuan by stratified cluster random sampling method.The self-designed scale was included the general information of family,home-visit nursing demand and current status of elderly people in communities.Results It showed higher needs in blood pressure monitoring,health consultation and blood glucose monitoring among home-visit nursing service for elderly people,but the home-visit nursing service could't meet the health needs of the elderly people in community.There were significant differences in family style,family developmen- tal period and the power of family structure among elderly people in community(P<0.05).Conclusions It is important to conduct home- visit nursing for elderly people to meet the demands of the elderly according to different family status of the elderly in community.
