摘要
泡沫独具的润湿性、覆盖性和良好的黏附性等优点,使得泡沫除尘比一般的除尘方式效率要高的多。通过研究影响发泡的因素,得出了气体流量与发泡倍数呈"抛物线"型的关系,实验发现最大发泡倍数对应的最佳气体流量大致在60~80 m3/h,超过或者小于该区间,发泡倍数都会降低;管路长度对发泡倍数影响也较为显著,一定范围内,二者近似呈线性关系。
The foam has the unique advantage of wettability, coverage and adhesiveness, which makes the froth dedusting much more efficiency than that of other general dedusting methods, such as chemical depression of dust, spray for dust suppression, etc. In this paper, by researching the factors of impacting foaming, the author draws a conclusion that the gas flow rate and foam multiple show "para- bolic" type relationship, and it is found experimentally that the optimal gas flow rate ,which makes the maximum of foam multiple, varies between 60 m3/h and 80 m3/h. The foam multiple will reduce if the gas flow rate is beyond this scope,according to this phenomenon; The influence of pipeline length on foam multiple is also significant,the pipeline length and foam multiple present approximately linear relationship in a certain range.
