摘要
根据放顶煤工作面粉尘污染严重且除尘效果不佳的现状,分析了各种除尘机理及特点,结合泡沫除尘的机理,提出了基于泡沫除尘的放顶煤工作面防尘治理的方法。为适应放顶煤工作面开采放煤过程的恶劣工作环境,研制了一套适应放顶煤工作面放煤过程的跟机推移式泡沫除尘系统。经过现场使用,该方法节省水资源、节约成本,除尘效率高。
There is a great deal of dust and inefficient dust removal on the top coal caving face, according to the status the various dust removal mechanism and characteristics were analyzed. Combined with the foam dust removal mechanism, the dust control methods with foam are presented on the top coal caving faces. In order to adapt to the bad working environment in the mining process on the top coal caving face, the foam dust control system of with machine going to adapt to the caving working face was developed. Through the field using, the method can save water resources and save cost, and has high efficiency of dust collection.
