摘要
目的评价64排螺旋CT(64MDCT)三种增强延迟技术在冠状动脉检查中的价值。资料与方法分别用测试性团注、单点触发、双点触发技术各扫描30例患者,分别测定每例患者左冠状动脉开口上1.0 cm处升主动脉中心CT值,并进行统计学分析;选择横断位显示最佳期相对冠状动脉进行容积再现(VR)、最大密度投影(MIP)及曲面重组(CPR),由两名有经验医师评估图像质量,并采用Kruskal-Wallis方法进行统计学分析。结果 3种技术测定对比剂峰值及图像质量评价,经统计学分析无明显差异(P值分别为0.24、0.797),测试性团注组CT值波动最小。结论 3种技术均可作为64MDCT冠状动脉常规增强延迟方法。
Objective To assess the value of three delayed contrast scanning techniques with 64 MDCT coronary angiography.Materials and Methods 64 MDCT coronary angiography was performed in 90 patients.These patients were evenly divided into three groups according to delayed contrast scanning techniques(1、test bolus,2、bolus triggering with 1 ROI,3、triggering with 2 ROIs).Two experienced radiologists independently measured CT values in ascending aortae above 1.0 cm of the origin of coronary artery and evaluated the images quality by using a 3-point scores for the sources images and reformatted images(such as VR,MIP and CPR) respectively.The results of three groups were calculated with Kruskal-Wallis test.Results Both CT peak attenuations and images quality scores were not significantly different(P=0.24,0.797) for the three groups.CT attenuation was more stable for the bolus test group.Conclusion Three delayed contrast scanning techniques could be used as routine methods in 64MDCT coronary angiography.
