64层螺旋CT头颈部动脉成像两种预测增强延迟时间技术的比较研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的评价64层螺旋CT两种增强延迟技术在头颈部动脉血管检查中的价值。方法回顾性分析行64层螺旋CT动脉血管成像的202例头颈部血管病变的患者,其中测试性团注技术组动脉成像的患者110例,团注追踪触发技术组动脉成像的患者92例,对扫描所得的图像同一部位动脉血管测量的CT值进行比较分析。结果两种扫描技术所得的图像同一部位动脉测量的CT值,经统计学分析无明显差异(P>0.05),且测试性团注组CT值波动较小。结论两种预测增强延迟时间技术均可作为64层螺旋CT头颈部动脉常规增强延迟方法,但测试性团注扫描技术更加安全可靠。 Objective To evaluate the value of two methods on prediction of contrast enhancing delay time in cerebral and corotid CTA. Methods Retrospectively analyse 202 patients undergoing cerebral and corotid CTA with HDC750 including 110 patients with small dose of contrast media bolus test technique and 92 patients with bolus tracking tech- nique. CT value of the same position of corotid artery was compared. Results There was no statistical significance in CT value of the same positon of corotid artery between two techniques to predict contrast enhancing delay time ,but there was less fluctuation in CT value with small dose of contrast media bolus test technique. Conelution Two methods are good enough to be taken as routine methods on prediction of contrast enhancing delay time in cerebral and corotid CTA, but small dose of contrast media bolus test technique is more reliable.
