摘要
目的探讨电子病案实时监控系统的应用效果。方法运用电子病案实时监控系统对住院电子病案进行在线实时监控。结果我院自使用电子病案实时监控系统以来,在保障病历书写质量以及提高医疗质量上取得了良好的成效。结论电子病案实时监控系统的建立是有效和必要的,医院应采取有效的病案质量实时监控管理措施,为逐步过渡到全部网上实时监控打下良好的基础。
Objective The application effect of real-time monitor system of medical record are discussed.Methods Hospitalization medical records are real-time monitored on line by real-time monitor system of electronic medical record.Results Since implement of real-time monitor system of electronic medical record in our hospital,we achieve well effect about writing quality of medical record guarantee and medical quality improvement.Conclusions It is effective and necessary for establishment of real-time monitor system of electronic medical record.Hospital should adopt effective real-time monitor management countermeasures of medical record,laying a well foundation for gradual transition to real-time monitor through network.
