摘要
目的:建立医院医疗质量科学化和规范化的管理模式,实现医疗服务过程的环节质量实时监测和控制;方法:运用持续质量改进理论,建立具有监测、控制、报警、提示、反馈以及统计辅助功能的医疗质量实时控制计算机系统;应用实例:网上病历质量监控、病种质量费用实时控制;效果:提高医疗工作效率,缩短平均住院日,降低药品费用。
Objectives: To set up scientific and canonical management model of medical quality in hospital can implement real - time monitor and control during medical service. Methods: The paper uses the theory of persistent quality mending and set up real - time control computer system that can monitor, control, give a alarm, clue on, feed back and make statistic in management of medical quality. Applied instance: Quality control of medical record on the Internet and cost real - time control of disease category quality. Results: It raised efficiency of medical work, shortened average days of in - patient and reduced drug expense.
