摘要
本文介绍了利用火焰发出的紫外线对火焰信号进行检测的原理,论述了紫外型火焰检测器的电路组成,分析了各部分电路的工作过程和波形。
A high speed response in the detection of flames,without the interference of other light,is possible due to UV detectors high sensitivity to ultra violet rays.The major features of UV detectors as well as the operational principles and characteristics are described in this paper.The application of UV detectors is ultra violet flame detector is wide. The structure of electronic circuits of ultra violet flame detector are discussed in detail.It also analyzes the operation and function of the circuits and operating wave forms.These circuits include pulse driven circuit using CR and signal processing and control circuit.By repeating the operating process of pulse driven circuit using CR,the UV detector is quenched and the presence of ultraviolet rays is detected as pulse signal output.On the basis of sensitivity and background of UV detector analyze,signal processing and control circuit is designed. Featuring high sensitivity,high output,and high speed response,this is the optimum detector for flame detection.The application for this ultra violet flame detector is wide.
