摘要
步进电机精度高、效率高,是一种重要的自动化执行元件。SCM和PLC可以通过编程实现各种复杂的控制要求,成为应用广泛的工业控制机。分析基于SCM和PLC控制步进电机的工作原理,设计了控制程序。通过编程,实现对步进电机位置、转向和转速的灵活控制。
Step motor is an important automatic actuator due to its advantages of high accuracy and high efficiency. SCM and PLC, which are wildly used in industrial controlling machines, can be programmed to realize different kinds of complex control modes. In this paper, the principles of controlling step motor by SCM and PLC respectively are analyzed. In addition, the control procedures are designed. By programming, the position, turning direction and turning speed of step motor can be flexibly controlled.
