摘要
目的：探讨腹腔镜手术在泌尿外科的应用.并总结经腹腔、后腹腔途径在泌尿外科腹腔镜技术的临床经验.方法：在2008年6月至2010年12月,我院100例患者采用腹腔镜手术治疗泌尿外科疾病,其中肾囊肿去顶减压术24例;肾积水27例;肾切除术10例;输尿管切开取石术23例;肾盂-输尿管成型术12例;肾上腺脂肪瘤4例.结果：100例患者手术顺利完成,术中及术后均未输血,无严重并发症发生,疗效满意.结论：腹腔镜手术治疗泌尿系疾病安全,有效,具有创伤小,术后恢复快、住院时间短、痛苦少等优点.临床疗效可靠,具有良好的应用前景.
Objective： To evaluate the application of laparoscopic surgery in Urology. To summarize the clinical experience of retroperitoneal and transperitoneal laparoscopic urological surgery. Methods：One hundred patients for laparoscopie surgery were admitted to our department from June 2008 to December 2010. There included 52 renal cyst, 27 cases uronephrosis, 10 cases nephrectomy, 23 cases ureteroIithotomy, 12 cases pyeloplasty or ureteroplasty, 15 cases of adrenal tumorectomy. Results：The operations were successful in t00 cases, All patients did not receive blood transfusion, there was not severe postopera--tive complications. Conclusion：As a treatment of urologic diseases,laparoseopic surgery is safe and efficacious,laparoscopic surgery shows more advantages, such as smaller incisions, earlier postoperative rehabilltation, shorter hospital stay,and the patients suffer little pain, which has a good applied future in the urologic clinical practice.
