摘要
目的:探讨腔镜手术与开放手术治疗肾上腺肿瘤的效果。方法:收治肾上腺肿瘤患者132例,将其分为对照组38例及试验组94例。对照组行开放手术,试验组行腹腔镜手术。结果:腹腔镜手术创伤小、失血量少、伤口愈合快、几乎不留瘢痕。患者住院时间显著缩短且并发症发生率低。试验组发生不良病症4例(4.2%),对照组7例(18.4%),试验组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜下治疗肾上腺肿瘤比开放手术具有更大的优势,有利于提升促进患者恢复。
Objective:To investigate the effects of laparoscopic surgery and open surgery on adrenal tumor.Methods:132 cases of adrenal tumor were selected.They were divided into the control group with 38 cases and the experimental group with 94 cases.Patients in the control group were treated with open surgery,while in the experimental group underwent laparoscopic surgery.Results:Laparoscopic surgery has less invasive,less blood loss,faster wound healing,and almost no scar.The hospitalization time was significantly shorter and the complication rate was low.There were 4 cases(4.2%) in the experimental group and 7 cases in the control group(18.4%) occurred adverse conditions,and the treatment effect in the experimental group was significantly better than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic treatment on adrenal tumors has a greater advantage than open surgery,which is helpful to promote the recovery of patients.
