摘要
目的:评价活血化瘀复方制剂醒脑偏瘫胶囊治疗缺血性脑卒中急性期的临床疗效和安全性。方法:将100例急性缺血性脑卒中患者按随机原则分为治疗组(50例)和对照组(50例)。两组均治疗15d。结果:醒脑偏瘫治疗组与对照组比较,三酰甘油、纤维蛋白原明显降低,脑梗死患者临床症状显著改善,神经功能缺损程度评分明显降低。治疗组的总有效率(94%)明显优于对照组(86%)。肝肾功能未出现异常。结论:醒脑偏瘫胶囊能显著降低神经功能缺损程度,改善脑梗死患者临床症状,降低三酰甘油、纤维蛋白原,治疗急性缺血脑卒中安全有效。
Objective：To observe the effects of xingnaopiantan capsule on the ischemia apoplexy cases at acute stage. Methods：100 ischemia apoplexy cases were randomly divided into treatment group （treatedwith xingnaopiantan capsule）（n=50） and control group （n=50）. The two groups were continuously treated for 15 days. Results：Compared with control group, the level of triglyceride and, fibrinogen was obviously decreased in the treatment group, the clinical symptoms of cerebral infarction patients were significantly improved, and the neurological function deficit scores were obviously decreased in the treatment group. The total effective rate of the treatment group （94%） obviously surpassed the control group （86%）. The liver and kidney function were all normal. Conclusion：The xingnaopiantan capsule is effective and safe on ischemia apoplexy by improving the degree of neurologic impairment and the clinical symptoms of cerebral infarction patients, decreasing the level of triglyceride and fibrinogen too.
