摘要
目的:分析中医药治疗高纤维蛋白原血症的用药规律。方法:通过对中国知网、国家专利网数据库进行文献检索,筛选出以"高纤维蛋白原血症患者"为主要研究对象、中医药(中药组方、中成药、中药静脉制剂)为干预手段的研究文献,运用中医传承辅助软件(V1.1),采用apropri算法及复杂系统熵聚类等方法对其进行无监督数据挖掘,对其用药频次、归经、四气、五味、组方规律、新方组合等进行综合分析。结果:筛选出符合条件的组方共172首,238味中药,统计出频次≥10次的中药有31味,频次位于前5位的有丹参、川芎、黄芪、当归、赤芍;频次>20次的药物组合有21组,核心组合20组,新方5个。结论:中医药治疗高纤维蛋白原血症以活血(养血)化瘀、补气行气为治则,根据疾病的不同,兼顾平肝潜阳、开窍醒神、化痰除湿。
Objective: To analyze the TCM law of medication in the treatment of hyperfibrinogenemia. Methods: By searching the databases of China HowNet and National Patent Network, we selected the research literature with "patients with hyperfibrinogenemia" as the main research object and TCM(Chinese medicine prescription, Chinese patent medicine, Chinese medicine intravenous preparation) as intervention means. We used the Chinese Medicine Inheritance assistant software(V1.1), apropri algorithm and the method of complex system entropy clustering to conduct unsupervised data mining. The frequency of drug use, meridian tropism, four natures of drugs, five flavors, prescription rules and new combinations were comprehensively analyzed. Results: A total of 172 prescriptions and 238 Chinese medicines were screened out, and 31 kinds of Chinese medicines with frequencies equal or more than 10 times were counted. Danshen(Radix et Rhizoma Salviae Miltiorrhizae), Chuanxiong(Rhizoma Chuanxiong), Huangqi(Radix Astragali), Danggui(Radix Angelicae Sinensis) and Chishao(Radix Paeoniae Rubra) had the top five frequencies. There were 21 drug combinations with frequency more than 20, 20 core combinations and 5 new combinations. Conclusion: The treatment of hyperfibrinogenemia should be based on the principles of activating blood circulation(nourishing blood) and removing blood stasis, invigorating qi and moving qi. According to different diseases, we should give consideration to pacifying liver and subduing yang, activating brain for resuscitation, resolving phlegm and removing dampness.
