摘要
目的探讨急性缺血性中风患者(瘀血痰热互结证)在临床治疗时应用赵继福加味化瘀清散汤合“醒脑开窍”针刺法的临床应用效果。方法选取2021年1月-2022年3月长春市中医院收治的急性缺血性中风患者90例作为研究对象,并以数字随机法将其进行分组,采取西药+“醒脑开窍”针刺法治疗的为对照组(n=45),在对照组治疗方案基础上增加服用加味化瘀清散汤的为治疗组(n=45),比较两组患者治疗效果、治疗前后中医症候积分、神经功能缺损情况评分以及日常生活能力评分变化情况,并对两组患者治疗前后的大脑中、后、前动脉以及椎动脉的血流速度进行对比。结果治疗组患者治疗有效率达95.56%,明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组患者中医证候评分、神经功能缺损评分均明显比对照组低,日常生活活动能力评分明显比对照组高(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组患者大脑中、后、前动脉以及椎动脉血流速度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于急性缺血性中风患者在常规西医治疗和中医“醒脑开窍”针刺法治疗的基础上增加服用赵继福教授自拟加味化瘀清散汤可显著提高临床疗效。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Zhaojifu Jiawei Huayu Qingsan decoction combined with"Xingnao Kaiqiao"acupuncture in the clinical treatment of patients with acute ischemic stroke(syndrome of combination of blood stasis and phlegm-heat).Methods Ninety patients with acute ischemic stroke treated in our hospital from January 2021 to March 2022 were randomly divided into two groups.The patients treated with western medicine and"Xingnao Kaiqiao"acupuncture were taken as the control group(n=45),and those treated with Jiawei Huayu Qing San decoction as the treatment group(n=45).The treatment effect,TCM syndrome score,neurological deficit score and activity of daily living score were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.the blood flow velocities of middle cerebral artery,posterior artery,anterior artery and vertebral artery were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 95.56%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndrome and neurological deficit in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the scores of activities of daily living in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood flow velocity of middle,posterior,anterior cerebral artery and vertebral artery in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine western medicine treatment and traditional Chinese medicine"Xingnao Kaiqiao"acupuncture treatment,professor Zhao Jifu’s self-made Jiawei Huayu Qingsan decoction can significantly improve the clinical curative effect for patients with acute ischemic stroke.
