摘要
目的观察分析对中风偏瘫患者行中医针灸结合康复治疗的临床效果.方法选取2018年1月—2020年1月期间邹平市中医院收治的中风偏瘫患者110例作为研究对象,采用随机分组的方法将所有患者分为结合治疗组和单一康复组,每组55例.其中单一康复组患者接受单一康复治疗,结合治疗组患者在此基础上接受中医针灸治疗,比较分析两组患者的临床效果.结果治疗后,两组患者运动能力评分(FMA)及日常生活能力评分(ADL)均显著优于治疗前,且结合治疗组患者的FMA、ADL评分均显著优于单一康复组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结合治疗组治疗总有效率显著高于单一康复组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论对中风偏瘫患者应用中医针灸结合康复治疗具有更为显著的治疗效果,能够提高患者的运动能力及日常活动能力,在促进患者恢复的同时,提高患者的生活质量,值得在临床上大力推广使用.
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy on apoplectic hemiplegia.Methods 110 stroke patients with hemiplegia admitted to Zouping Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.All patients were divided into a combined treatment group and a single rehabilitation group,with 55 patients in each group.The patients in the single rehabilitation group received single rehabilitation treatment,and on this basis,the patients in the treatment group received traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture treatment.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results After treatment,the FMA and ADL scores of the two groups were significantly better than before treatment,and the FMA score and ADL score of the combined treatment group were significantly better than those of the single rehabilitation group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment of the combined treatment group was significantly higher than that of single rehabilitation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of acupuncture and rehabilitation therapy in apoplectic hemiplegia patients has a more significant therapeutic effect,which can improve the movement ability and daily activity ability of patients,promote the recovery of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients,which is worth promoting and applying in clinical practice.
