摘要
从业人员的学习活动不仅关系着其个体自身的提高,更关系着我国经济的进步和我国人力资源强国建设。要让越来越多的从业人员参与到学习中去,需要我们消除他们参与学习的障碍。分析了从业人员参与学习的阻碍因素以及深层次原因,并提出了解决策略。
The learning activities of employees are not only related with their individual improvement,but also tightly tied with the progress of china＇s economic and the building of our human resources.let more and more employees participate in study,we need to eliminate the barriers when they take part in learning.This essay analyzes the disabilities when they take part in learning and the deep-seated causes,then proposes strategies to solve these problems.
