摘要
研究了聚羧酸系高效减水剂与氨基磺酸盐系、萘系、木钠系及脂肪族系4种减水剂的复合效应。氨基磺酸盐减水剂和聚羧酸减水剂复配,随着氨基磺酸盐减水剂掺量的增加,净浆流动度呈现出先降低后增加的趋势。在掺量是40%时,净浆流动度降低达到最小值100 mm,之后随着掺量的增加净浆流动度增大。萘系减水剂和聚羧酸减水剂复配。随着萘系减水剂掺量的增加,净浆流动度先明显降低,萘系减水剂30%掺量时达到最低140 mm,然后逐渐增加。复配后最佳减水率为21.3%。木钠减水剂与聚羧酸减水剂复配时,随着木钠减水剂掺量的增加,复配后减水能力先明显下降后急剧升高再逐渐下降。脂肪族减水剂与聚羧酸减水剂复配时,随着脂肪族减水剂掺量的增加,净浆流动度先降低后逐渐增加。当其掺量达60%以上时,净浆流动度达220 mm,减水率达到21.4%。
The composition effect of polycarboxylic type plasticizer between Amino sulfonic-based type plasticizer,NSF type plasticizer,lingosulofnate type plasticizer,and aliphatic type plasticizer were investigated.With aminosulfonic-based type plasticizer content increasing,the paste fluidity shows first low then increase.when aminosulfonic-based type plasticizer content is 40%,paste fluidity decreases to minimum 100mm,then,with the content increasing,paste fluidity increases.With NSF type plasticizer content increasing,paste fluidity decreases first significantly,when NSF type plasticizer content is 30%,paste fluidity reaches minimum 140mm,and then increases gradually.After the compound between NSF type plasticizer and Polycarboxylic type superplasticizer,water-reducing ratio can reach 21.3%.When lingosulofnate type plasticizer and polycarboxylic type superplasticizer are mixed,With lingosulofnate type plasticizer content increasing,after compound the water-reducing decreases first significantly then rises,then declines gradually.When aliphatic type plasticizer and polycarboxylic type superplasticizer are mixed,With aliphatic type plasticizer content increasing,the paste fluidity shows first low then increase.When its volume up to 60%,paste fluidity reach to 220mm,and water-reducing ratio can reach 21.4%.
