摘要 介绍了用于混凝土的聚羧酸高效减水剂(PC)合成研究现状。按照支链和主链的连接方式,聚羧酸高效减水剂可分为两类,第一类为甲基丙烯酸和甲氧基聚乙二醇甲基丙烯酸酯类共聚物,第二类为马来酸酐和烯丙醇聚乙二醇醚类共聚物。同时介绍了合成聚羧酸高效减水剂的主要组分大分子单体的制备方法,聚合方法和合成结构控制方法。综合国内外研究成果简要介绍了影响聚羧酸混凝土高效减水剂的分子结构和性能的关系,分散机理,测试和表征方法等。引用文献17篇。 This paper reviews the research concrete. PC can be divided into two status quo on polycarboxylate (PC) superplasticizer for categories according the bond difference between methoxypolyethylcne glycol and the main chain: one is called polyester type PC, such as polymethacrylic acid and methoxypolyethylene glycol methacrylate copolymer, the other is called polyether type PC, such as maleic anhydride and allyl alcohol polyethylene glycol copolymer. The paper focuses on the synthetic methods and variable monomers for preparation of superplasticizer. At the same time, different dispersing mechanisms and chemical characterization methods were also summerized. 17 ref. are cited.
