摘要
通过溶剂酯化法制备了用于合成聚羧酸系高效混凝土减水剂的大分子单体甲基丙烯酸聚乙二醇单甲醚-750酯(MAAPEGME-750),讨论了酸醇物质的量比、催化剂量、阻聚剂量、反应时间及携水剂甲苯用量对聚乙二醇单甲醚酯化率的影响.结果表明,当酸醇比为1.8,催化剂量为聚乙二醇单甲醚质量的5%,阻聚剂用量为甲基丙烯酸质量的4%,反应时间为8 h,携水剂甲苯用量为聚乙二醇单甲醚质量的120%时反应酯化率最高.
Methylacrylic acid polyethylene glycol single methyl ether-750 ester(MAAPEGME-750), which is used as the macromolecular monomer of the polycarboxylate series water reducing agent, is prepared by solvoesterifiable method. The influence of n (acid/mol)/n (alcohol/mol), the content of catalyst, polymerization inhibitor, reaction time and water-entraining agent on the esterified conversion rate are discussed. The results indicate that the optimum conditions of synthesized methylacrylic acid polyethylene glycol single methyl ether-750 ester with highest esterified conversion rate as following: the n(acid)/n (alcohol) is 1.8, the content of catalyst, water-entraining agent, polymerization inhibitor and reaction time are 5%, 120% (to polyethylene glycol single methyl ether), 4% (to methylacrylic acid) and 8 h, respectively.
