摘要
文章对师范院校工科专业学生实践能力的培养方案与措施进行了有益的探索。提出对实践教学内容进行全面梳理,合理选配;整合校内实验教学资源,实行资源共享,改革实践教学管理模式;将实践教学与科学研究相结合,将创新实践与导师制培养管理模式相结合;通过聘请具有实践经验的高级工程师作实践课程指导教师和校企联合培养模式,可解决师资不足、实习经费短缺、实习资源缺乏的矛盾,提高实习实效。
In the paper,a useful exploration was conducted about the training programs and measures of the practical abilities of the students of engineering majors in a normal university.It was proposed to conduct a comprehensive handling and reasonable option on practical teaching.Experimental teaching resources were integrated with the implementation of resource sharing and the reform of teaching management model.Practical teaching was combined with research and innovation combined with tutorial system management mode.The shortage of teachers,funds and resources can be solved through the hiring of a senior engineer as teachers and adoption of college-enterprises training model.
