摘要
抓住课外活动具有吸引性、自愿性、实践性、主动性等特点,从学生个性特点和兴趣爱好出发,通过对课外培养涉及到的环境系统、培养系统和实施管理系统的分析,突出在道德品质、人文素质、基础知识、专业技能、实践能力和创新思维方面的培养内容,并从认识普及、训练提高、实训创新和能力胜任等四个阶段对大学生实践能力和创新精神进行培养的课外培养过程.
