摘要
市场对产品需求的多样化使得混流生产方式在离散制造行业更多的被采用,混流生产方式相关问题的研究不但是一个理论上的难题,也是实际生产应用中的关键技术.因此分析了有设备限制的混流生产线产品分组指派问题,对该问题构建了设备调整费用最小化与产品零部件相同度最大化的多目标数学模型.同时遗传算法是近年来在智能计算领域应用最为广泛的算法,具有简单、通用,不易陷入局部最优,全局寻优能力强等优点,针对构建的混流生产线产品分组指派问题模型,给出了利用遗传算法求解该模型的方法.最后,通过实例证明了理论模型的实用性以及求解方法的有效性.
The diversification of market demand for products makes the mixed-mode of production to be more widely adopted in the discrete manufacturing industry.The research of related issues about mixed-mode of production is not only a theoretical concern but also key technologies in the practical application.This paper deals with an equipment limited mixed-model product line assignment problem.The multi-objective mathematical optimization model is established,which takes into account both minimizing the adjustment cost of equipment and maximizing the same degree of product parts.The genetic algorithm,which has the advantage of simplicity,generality,less possibility of falling into local optimization,is applied to solve the production group and assignment problem of mixed-model production line.Finally,an example is given to prove the feasibility of the theoretical model and the effectiveness of the solving method.
