摘要
在医院的医疗资源有限的情况下,医生、手术小组与患者对手术安排方案的抱怨时有发生。考虑医生、手术小组和患者在手术排程方案制定过程中作为手术参与者的各自偏好,构建了以最小化时间、成本和最大化医患整体满意度、治愈率为目标的手术排程问题优化模型。根据问题和模型特点,提出了一种启发式算法来获取问题的解决方案。考虑到医生和手术小组的工作负荷平衡问题,提出了一种改进启发式算法。最后,采用Python编程语言分别实现两种算法的仿真求解,并通过算例进行计算结果验证,结果证明了算法的有效性和适用性。
In the case of limited medical resources in the hospital,doctors,surgical teams,and patients frequently complain about surgical arrangements.Considering the respective preferences of doctors,surgical teams and patients as surgical participants in the process of surgical schedules,an optimal model for the surgical scheduling problem is established,which aims at minimizing time and cost,maximizing satisfaction and cure rate.At the same time,according to the characteristics of the problem and the model,a heuristic algorithm is proposed to get the solution of the problem.Then,considering the workload balance of doctors and surgical teams,an improved heuristic algorithm is proposed.Finally,the two algorithms are implemented in Python respectively,and the calculation results are verified by examples.The results show the effectiveness and applicability of the algorithms.
