摘要
随着国际交流的日益密切,越来越多的外籍教师出现在中国大学的课堂,他们打破了中国传统的教学模式,带来了新的教学理念。本文从语言、教学理念、文化三个方面来阐述外籍教师课堂教学的障碍,分析其形成原因,并提出一些可行的改进方法,以充分发挥外籍教师的优势,促成最佳教学效果的实现。
As the international communication is becoming close, more and more foreign teachers appear in the college classroom in China, and they break the traditional teaching mode and bring new teaching ideas. This thesis tries to state the barriers of classroom teaching to foreign teachers from three aspects: language, teaching ideas and culture. The causes are analyzed and some countermeasures are suggested in order to take advantage of foreign teachers and make the best teaching effects realized.
