摘要
近年来,越来越多的外籍教师来到中国,他们在英语教学、文化交流、增进了解、发展友谊等方面都起到了积极的作用。本文总结了和外教多年相处中的种种感受和思考,从人文关怀、教学安排、聘用管理等方面提出了自己的观点和看法,从而能更好地发挥他们的作用。
Recently,more and more foreign teachers have come to teach in China. They have contributed a lot in English teaching,cultural communication,improving mutual understanding and friendship. This article summarizes the experience of being with the foreign teachers and also gives some advice in several aspects ,so as to achieve a better exertion of their intelligence and functions.
