短双电机自同步椭圆振动筛设计 被引量:4

摘要 钻井液振动筛是钻井中必不可少的设备之一,由于长双电机自同步椭圆振动筛采用的长筒激振电机主要依赖进口,成本高,两个激振电机成本占振动筛总成本的60%。为降低双轴自同步椭圆振动筛的成本,拟采用国产的短激振电机代替长筒激振电机。本振动筛改进的基本要求在于满足设计的前提下,运用双轴平动椭圆振动筛的自同步理论和双轴自同步平动椭圆振动筛的力心理论,选用国产的短双电机重新设计,替换力求达到降低生产成本。 The drilling fluid vibratory screen is one of essential units in the drilling. For the long -double electrical machinery self-synchronizing ellipse shaker adopted the long tube electric machine which depended on mainly import,the cost is high.In order to reduce the cost of double shaft self-synchronizing ellipse shaker, using short-tube electric machine made in China replace long tube electric machine. Based on the selfsynchronizing theory of double shaft translation elliptic vibrating screen and the centre of force theory of double shaft self-synchronizing ellipse shaker, the design of domestic short-double electric machine was improved to reduce the production cost.
